The house is located outside the town of Heiligenberg, offering a view of its landmark, the castle of Fürstenberg. The beautiful view from the castle to Lake Constance also owes Heiligenberg its reputation of being the "lookout terrace of the lake". Despite its proximity to the lake, the town is located approx. 300 metres above sea level, which guarantees for mild summer days. Therefore, you can go hiking, walking or cycling even on a midsummer day. In winters, there are many cross-country ski-tracks to discover. Due to its mild climate the town of Heiligenberg is known as approved climatic spa. For active guests, the town offers numerous options: Leisure facilities with heated pools, tennis courts, mini-golf, wading pools, children’s playground and indoor pools are in direct proximity of the hotel. The hotel is further the ideal starting point for your tours to Lake Constance (15 km), the Switzerland and Austria.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 16 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 19 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
